In the early 2000’s, the family farm suddenly had extra crops on their hands because some years are more fruitful than others. We knew we grew exceptional hay in our climate and adventured on a trip down to Texas to show off our bales. Not needing much of a sales pitch, all we had to do was offer a sample of our hay – the horses would do the selling! The demand grew and here we are today. Here are some pictures to show you how it’s done.
